All items sold by Loper's Print Castle are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully, including size, color, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 5 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item.

If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item at no cost.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping costs to be resent.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Loper's Print Castle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
